Welcome to Sorcify. By installing or using the Sorcify Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.

1. Use of Sorcify

You may use Sorcify for recruiting purposes as intended. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, duplicate, or distribute any part of the software or its associated prompts or intellectual property without explicit permission.

2. Your Responsibilities

You must provide your own OpenAI API key to use the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service in ways that violate applicable laws or LinkedIn's terms of service.

3. Intellectual Property

All original prompts, branding, software, and related intellectual property rights remain solely with Sorcify. Your license is for personal or internal company use only, and does not grant rights to copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any proprietary elements.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sorcify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of Sorcify.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sorcify if you breach these terms or misuse the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. You'll be notified via the Service or email if significant changes occur.
